What online appointment booking is and how it works

Online booking means the customer picks a time on your own page instead of calling you. The booking is written into your online calendar right away and that hour stops being offered to anyone else.

Underneath, the booking software tracks three things at once: the schedule of each employee, how long each service takes, and the messages that go out. Because one system knows all three, a customer is never offered an hour that is already taken.
