Account deletion
This page applies to the SpotDrop service and the SpotDrop app for Android and iOS (Google Play developer: SpotDrop Booking). The operator is EKOCLEAN, ekološke storitve, d.o.o., Podljubelj 259, 4290 Tržič, Slovenija.
1. How to request deletion
- Send an email to [email protected] from the address you use to sign in to SpotDrop, with the subject "Account deletion".
- Include the business name or its page address (for example spotdrop.si/your-salon) and say whether you want the whole business deleted or only your own user account.
- We confirm the request by email. If it comes from a different address, we ask you to confirm from the account's address so that nobody else can delete your account.
- We delete the account within 30 days of the confirmed request and let you know when it is done.
An owner can also remove a staff member from the business at any time in the dashboard. Owners cancel the subscription in the dashboard; cancelling alone does not delete the account.
2. What is deleted
- the user account: email address, name, phone, hashed password and all sign-in sessions, including in the app,
- device tokens for push notifications,
- when the whole business is deleted, also its public page, services, prices, opening hours, images, appointments and that business's customer data.
3. What is kept and for how long

Card payment records are also kept by Stripe, which is responsible for them under its own legal obligations.
4. Customers who booked an appointment
Customers who book with a business do not have an account in the app. To delete data about your bookings, contact the business you booked with. If they do not reply, write to us at [email protected] and we will pass your request on.
